The Webster Insurance Agency is introducing an innovative approach to health insurance by offering business owners a corporate wellness plan to encourage healthier living among employees. The program, deemed “The Wellness Approach,” will educate participants about nutrition, stress, and overall health awareness in the workplace and at home. “The Wellness Approach” will be offered to the employees of any business that places their group health insurance with the Webster Insurance Agency.  

Specifically, “The Wellness Approach” includes health-screening assessments, “Healthy Living” seminars, workplace wellness evaluations, and marketing materials designed to create health awareness in the workplace. The ongoing program will help people identify strengths and weaknesses in their health behaviors, and empower them with knowledge and skills to achieve their health goals. “Statistics are proving that businesses with healthy employees have a lower attrition rate and more productive staff members. Our goal is to encourage people to live healthier lives which should ultimately lead to higher productivity levels, fewer sick days, and the potential for lower group health insurance premiums for the employer,” said Tracy Webster.

Creating “The Wellness Approach” was an easy decision for Tracy and Leigh-Ann Webster, the owners of the Webster Insurance Agency.
